- An optional loading mechanism raises large fabric rolls from the floor to the spreader cradle and vice versa, making it simple and safe to load and unload rolls

Details
- Sensors on both sides of the GERBERspreader stop the system promptly when an obstruction is in its path
- To achieve correct selvage alignment, the system includes adjustable infrared photocells
- To accommodate thicker spreads, a variable speed, two-way cutting device intelligently starts working automatically
- For automobile and transportation seating applications, a big cradle alternative is provided in which foam is bonded to a face textile (foam laminate) and spread from extremely large rolls
- The device can progressively distribute up to 50 markers (parts) and 50 colours and stores up to 10 unique fabric settings
- Optional attachments are available for spreading reverse-wound or flat folded material, as well as spreading material face-to-face
